It is with bittersweet emotions to announce my departure from Pediatric Associates after 18 years as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Thank you for trusting me to care for your children. I will be moving to the second stage of my career as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Lifestance in Exeter and Portsmouth. I will primarily focus on children, adolescents and young adults seeking medication management in the Seacoast area. My hope is to be able to provide support to young people in a time when mental health resources are severely limited. My time at Pediatric Associates has allowed me to see patients grow from newborns to young adults and to sometimes return with children of their own. I will forever cherish many great memories and special moments with amazing families.
Although I am leaving full-time employment at Pediatric Associates, I will be working one weekend a month for some time. Though I’m excited about my new adventure, I will miss my Pediatric Associates family and have faith that they will continue to provide excellent care for the youth of our Seacoast community. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your children’s care and your family’s lives. This is not goodbye; I’ll see you around town or if you are unfortunate enough to have a sick kid on the weekend, I may see you. I wish you all good health.
