Immunization Schedule
Your child will receive several immunizations during the first two years of life. These can be expected during your child’s well visits at the ages of 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, and 15-18 months old. They will also receive boosters around the ages of 5 years, 11-12 years, and 15-16 years of age. You will receive information about each vaccine and will have the opportunity to discuss the immunizations before your child receives them. We have made available copies of the information supplied by the Center for Disease Control and the Academy of Pediatrics on our web site for your reference.
