Dr. Smith joined Pediatric Associates in 2017. She received her Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from Yale University before attending the University of Pennsylvania for medical school. She completed her pediatric residency in the Urban Health and Advocacy Track at Boston Children's Hospital and Boston Medical Center. She is board certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Her professional interests include early childhood development, underserved medicine, and social justice; personal interests include gardening, trying new restaurants, and visiting the adoptable animals at the NHSPCA! She lives in Hampton Falls with her husband, their two children, and their hound dog Lulu. Her husband is a former patient of the Portsmouth office.
